To support Mental Health Awareness Week, The Institute of Swimming has released a free Mental Wellness e-learning to all its Members and customers who have purchased a blended or online learning course since our new online learning platform launched at the end of January 2020.
This free online learning goes through types of mental health problems and how to support others.
To access the course just go to your Institute of Swimming Profile and click on the ‘Online Learning’ button next to your latest course to access your online learning portal and click on ‘Free Resources’.
Members need to activate their new Membership Online Learning Hub. Once activated, just click ‘Online Learning’ to enter your hub and then click ‘Free Resources’.
