The ASA East Midlands region are hosting a Masters Development Day at Loughborough University on Sunday 17 January 2016.
The Development Day will include a mixture of lectures and pool work and is open to all ASA-registered Masters swimmers.
The dry-side lectures will take place between 09:30 and 13:00 at Sport Park, Loughborough and will include lectures on improving flexibility, stroke and preventing injuries, and race preparation for Masters swimmers.
The wet-side section of the Development Day will take place at Loughborough University Pool from 14:00 until 16:30.
There will be a fully coached session on starts, turns and finishes, as well as some specific technique work with Development Day attendees.
