One week left to complete our Volunteer Satisfaction Survey 2016

Volunteers at the ASA national swimming championships 2016. Used for the ASA volunteer satisfaction survey.

There is just one week left for you to complete the ASA Volunteer Satisfaction Survey 2016 and win £100 of Amazon vouchers.

This survey offers the opportunity for you, as an ASA volunteer, to provide us with details about your current volunteer experience.

We want to know about any additional support or training you would like to receive.

  • Is there something we do or don’t do that you think would make a real difference?
  • Where and how can the ASA can improve to assist you better?

The ASA values the work of each and every volunteer. You are the lifeblood of our sport, and your individual experience as a volunteer is important to us.

Your comments really do shape the work and priorities of the ASA’s Volunteer Engagement Team. We used the results of last year’s survey to drive the development of the 2017-21 volunteering strategy.

Whatever your role, we want your views

We encourage all volunteers to take part, no matter your age, your role, the discipline you’re involved in or the number of hours you dedicate.

If you support aquatics and are unpaid for doing so, we would encourage you to take part. Two lucky volunteers who take part will also receive a £100 Amazon gift voucher.

The survey should only take 15 minutes to complete and will close on Thursday 1 December at midnight.

You can only take part in the survey if you are an ASA volunteer. If you take part in aquatics as both a volunteer and in a paid position, please only complete this survey on behalf of your volunteer involvement.

Your answers are treated in confidence, in accordance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct. Please be as honest as possible. The more detailed answers you provide the better equipped the ASA will be to support volunteers in the future.

You will only be eligible to complete the ASA Volunteer Satisfaction Survey 2016 once.
