It has been put together with the help of Sports Nutrition Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, Ozcan Esen, and his Sport and Exercise Nutrition BSc(Hons) students.

Fruit and Yogurt Granola ingredients to make two servings
- 2 tablespoons of granola
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and spoon some of the mixture into a bowl.
- Chop the banana and kiwi and place a layer on top of the yogurt mix.
- Spoon some more yogurt mixture and add the granola on top.
