Recipe: No Bake Banana Granola Bars

No Bake Banana Granola Bars ingredients to make five servings

  • 240g unpeeled bananas
  • 92g oats
  • 45g crunchy cereal granola or nuts
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 3 heaped teaspoons cocoa powder

Method

  1. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  2. Mash the bananas.
  3. Add maple syrup, peanut butter and cocoa powder to bananas and mix well.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Press mixture evenly into paper liners.
  6. Freeze for at least 60 minutes before serving.
