Recipe: Protein Balls

Protein Balls ingredients to make eight servings

    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 cup chopped dates
    • 1 cup porridge oats
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 3 tbsp instant coffee
    • Packet of shredded coconut


  1. Soak dates in boiling water​.
  2. Add oats and cocoa powder into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. Dissolve coffee in warm water.
  4. Drain dates and add to the blender with coffee and honey and blitz.
  5. Put the mixture into a bowl and shape them into balls.​
  6. Sprinkle with coconut.
