Age group records tumble on another exciting finals session at Ponds Forge

There were more personal best times shattered and age group records set on day five of the Speedo British Summer Championships.

A total of 36 national titles were up for grabs this time around and more than 100 medals were presented as swimmers stepped onto the podium at Sheffield’s Ponds Forge.

Filip Nowacki of Tigers Swimming Club in Jersey set a new age group record in the Men’s 200m Breaststroke final. He lowered the 14 Years British age group record to 2:20.16.
