You can either find your Swim England club membership number on the bottom of your recent Swim England Newsletter, or by using our Swim England club Membership Check: swimmingresults.org/membershipcheck and then using your family name. Alternatively, you can call 01509 640727 or email [email protected] and one of our Membership Team will be able to find this for you using your name and date of birth.

To make amendments to your Swim England Membership, such as upgrading to Club Compete, you will need to speak to the Membership Secretary at your fee paying club. The Membership Secretary will be able to action this on your behalf.

All club registration officers are given access to the OMS. If you are registering to use the OMS for the first time you will need: 1) Your membership number 2) Main email address registered with Swim England 3) Surname. Go to the OMS website and select activate membership. Then enter your details and click activate. An email will be sent to you with an activation link.

To amend your ranked club, simply login to our members portal swimmingmember.org using your username (either your email address or Swim England Membership Number) and password. Then you will be able to edit your details, including your ranked club. Please note that amending the ranked club can take up to a full day to update on our Rankings site.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on club membership. If you change your mind and wish to join another club in that calendar year, you will not have to pay Swim England membership fees again.

If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to select the forgot your password link which will provide you with instructions on how to recover your account and reset your password. If this is your first time using this site, you will need to select register where you will be asked for your details to help set up your account and then proceed with logging in.

If this is your first time using the members portal, you will need to select activate membership where you will be asked for your membership number, email address and surname. This will then send an automatic email which will allow you to reset your password.

To login to member options, you will need your Swim England membership number and password. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link which allows you to reset password. If this is your first time using member options, you will need to firstly register your account (the link can be found just above the login option). You will then be asked for your membership number and email address. This will then send an automatic email which will allow you to reset your password.

To obtain a replacement certificate, follow the link and select from the options available. This will reveal an online form that you will need to complete and submit back to us.
