In British Swimming you will find information about the world of high performance sport, including the disciplines of Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Para-Swimming.

The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

Entries Open for British Gas ASA National Championships

Entries for the British Gas ASA National Swimming Championships, to be held at Ponds Forge from Tuesday 14th until Friday 17th June, have now opened.

All entries must be made via the online entry system which can be accessed by the event page on the British Swimming website.
 
The website also includes the full event conditions, a programme of events, qualification times and the entry pack as well as online booking for spectator tickets.

Entry fees are £10 per individual event and all entries must be submitted before noon on 25th May 2011.

This event will form part of the selection process as swimmers compete not only for the national title but also to qualify for the FINA World Championships to be held later this summer.
