Swimfit Stretches
Stretching is integral to getting the most out of your exercise programme - as swimming is an all-body workout, try to stretch all of the major muscle groups before you swim.
Our stretching widget is simple to use - either click on the name of the muscle or the part of the body to find out how to stretch that muscle in the pool before you swim.
Remember to raise your body temperature before you stretch and if you're in the water, keep your body temperature up between stretches.
Don't overstretch - your muscle or limb shouldn't be shaking - and hold each pre-workout stretch for 10 - 15 seconds.

Woody from OxfordMaybe include stretches for the latts as these tend to become tight with lots of front crawl and sometimes a confusing muscle to stretch
