2025 GoCardless Swim England National Summer Meet day three medallists

The 2025 GoCardless Swim England National Summer Meet showed no signs of slowing down after passing the halfway mark of the competition.

Nothing could separate Thanet Swim Club’s Ivy Haggerty and Mount Kelly’s Evie Young in the Female 17 Years 100m Butterfly on day three, both clocking a lifetime best of 1:03:66 to take joint gold.

Wycombe District Swimming Club claimed their first golds of the competition, after winning a number of silver and bronzes on day one and two.

Luke Ibberson took the coveted Open 18 and Over 100m Freestyle title ahead of his teammate, Maxwell Adams, whilst Lochlann Murray won the Open 14/15 years 400m Individual Medley by more than three seconds.

Adding to Wycombe’s gold medal success on day three was Luke Poulton, who closed out the day with victory in the Open 18 and Over 400m Individual Medley.

Repton Swimming also continued their fine form, adding six medals to their tally, including a stunning gold in the Female 15 Years 50m Freestyle.

Maya Almohammed smashed her lifetime best, swimming 26.63 to win by over half a second.

In the para-swimming events, Arun Trident’s Lewis Jones added more silverware to his collection, taking a gold in the Open MC 100m Breaststroke and a silver in the Open MC 100m Freestyle.

In the Female category, Eva French managed the same impressive feat as Jones. Representing Nuneaton, she also finishes day three with a gold and silver in the respective events. She will look to add to this tomorrow in the Female MC 200m IM.
