City of Liverpool take home club award at British Summer Championships

City of Liverpool were named the Most Improved Club at the British Summer Championships 2019.

They won one gold, two silvers and four bronze medals in Glasgow, with Tyriese Smith finishing second in the 15 Years Men’s 200m Freestyle on the final day.

Elsewhere, European junior 100m Freestyle champion Matthew Richards, of The Royal Wolverhampton School, won his fourth gold of the Championships, taking out the 17-18 Years Men’s 200m Freestyle title.
