Millfield and Taunton Deane land Medley Relay golds

Millfield’s boys quartet of Oliver Manser, Josh Lawson, Max McCusker and Louis Barker showed their class to win the 4x100m Medley Relay by six seconds on the final day of the 2014 National Age Group Championships.

The Millfield quartet clocked 4:03.57 to finish ahead of Plymouth Leander (4:10.79) and Ealing (4:11.26).

The only individual titles on the last day were handed out for the 400m Freestyle in which Southport’s Holly Hibbott closed her campaign with a seventh gold in the oldest age group.

There were also third golds for Ellesmere College’s Charlie Hutchison, F.I.R.S.T’s Ryan Retson and Hamilton UAE’s Jakub Karl in the three boys age groups respectively.
