Mark Foster and Ben Proud start the new past and present video series

‘Past and present’ will feature current and former athletes as they discuss training, career turning points and more.

In the first video, six-time world champion Mark Foster chats to Commonwealth champion Ben Proud.

Both are freestyle and butterfly specialists and have featured at Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championships and European Championships.

Foster retired in 2008 after a 23-year-long career while Proud has recently had a pool installed at his home to enable him to continue training during the coronavirus lockdown.
