Swim England reveals dates for 2019 competitive events
October 26, 2018The dates for Swim England’s competitive swimming events for 2019 have been revealed.
Swim England’s Summer Meet is the major highlight of the schedule and will take place at Sheffield’s Ponds Forge international pool between 31 July and 4 August.
More than 1,500 competitors from across the county took part in the 2018 Summer Meet and were cheered on by more than 3,000 spectators.
Entry information, conditions and the final schedule will be published early next year.
The National Winter Championships, also at Ponds Forge, is scheduled to take place in December, although the date is to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, the National Age Group Open Water Championships will be held at Rother Valley Country Park on Monday 5 August, the day after the Summer meet finishes.
