Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games day five finals session live blog

Fifteen Team England swimmers will be contesting for individual medals during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games day five finals session.

Team England are also in action in the 4x100m Mixed Medley Relay final having qualified from this morning’s heats second fastest.

Five swimmers are also taking part in semi-finals during a busy evening for the host nation.

Medals are up for grabs in the Women’s 100m Breaststroke, the Women’s 200m Butterfly, the Women’s 100m Freestyle, the Men’s 200m Backstroke, the Men’s 100m Butterfly, the Women’s 200m Individual Medley SM10, the Men’s 50m Breaststroke, the Men’s 100m Butterfly S10, the Women’s 800m Freestyle and the Mixed Medley Relay.

Semi-finals being held tonight are the Men’s 50m Freestyle and the Women’s 50m Backstroke.

The action gets underway at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre from 7pm.
