Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games day two finals live blog

It’s the second finals session of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games with ten more finals set to come this evening.

Tonight we will see the finals of the Men’s 50m Butterfly, Women’s 50m Breaststroke, Men’s 200m Freestyle, Men’s 50m Freestyle S13, Women’s 50m Freestyle S13, Men’s 400m Individual Medley, Women’s 100m Butterfly and the Men’s 100m Backstroke.

We will also have two more relay finals at the end of the session with Team England’s men’s and women’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay teams in action.

Semi-Finals are also on tonight’s agenda with the Women’s 50m Freestyle, Men’s 100m Breaststroke and Women’s 100m Backstroke semi-finals all taking place.

The action from the Sandwell Aquatics Centre gets underway at 7pm with around three hours of exciting swimming action set to take place.
