ACM/AGM 12th April 2025 Papers- Swim England London

Swim England London will hold its ACM/AGM on Saturday 12th April 2025 starting at 10:30am with an expected finishing time of 12:00pm, via the online platform Zoom.

Please be advised that you will only be eligible to vote for the management board posts if you have registered to attend the ACM/AGM and your vote will only be counted if you attend on the day.

The meeting will be run in two sections as follows:

ACM – ASA London Unincorporated Association business
AGM – Swim England London Limited Business

The Club can send send delegates on the following basis:

• one Delegate for Clubs with 50 or fewer or no Declared Members,
• two for Clubs between 51 and 200,
• three for Clubs with 201 or more.

Each County may send 1 delegate who must be a member of a London Club.

Please be advised that only the named person who the club nominates for the member’s forum can vote either prior or at the meeting.

Please note that the first delegate submitted by the Club will also be registered as the Club’s members for the Swim England London Limited members forum. The Club is responsible for making the delegate aware of their responsibilities.

Only Delegates may vote at the meeting. Each Delegate must submit the below Delegate Authorisation form by Monday 7th 2025. The Zoom meeting details and password will be sent out to those attending on Tuesday 8th April 2025.
