ACM & Awards Reminder ! Saturday 4th September 2021

Swim England London will hold its ACM & Regional Awards presentations on Saturday 4th September 2021 starting at 10:30am with an expected finishing time of 12:30pm, via the online platform Zoom.

Each Club affiliated to the Region may send delegates on the following basis:

• one Delegate for Clubs with 50 or fewer or no Declared Members,
• two for Clubs between 51 and 200,
• three for Clubs with 201 or more.

Only Delegates may vote at the meeting. Each Delegate must submit the below Delegate Authorisation form by Friday  13th August 2021. The Zoom meeting details and password will be sent out to those attending on Tuesday 31st August 2021.

Please be advised that the election for the three Elected Board member positions will be contested at this ACM as we have received five nominations.

Details of these nominations and the voting process will be confirmed once the delegate registration closes on the 13^th of August. 

Please note that your votes will only be counted if you attend the ACM on the 4^th of September as stipulated in the Regional Constitution.
