East Region Masters Development Day 27th March 2022

Swim England East Region are holding an event on the 27^th March, 1pm-7pm at Oundle Sports Centre, near Peterborough.

The event is a Masters Development Day for masters swimmers that are members of Swim England.

Included within the day is a Psychology talk on how to prepare yourself mentally for racing, and how to think like an athlete. There is also a strength and conditioning session focusing on injury prevention, followed by some coaching technique sessions to learn some new drills/ and new ideas for the pool. This coaching session will start in the classroom, and will conclude in the 50m pool for a practical session. There are  2 coaches for this session to allow for mixed abilities to take part.
