The Swim England London Aquatic Support Fund.
Following the successful implementation of the Aquatic Support Fund in 2024,Swim England London will continue to provide funding in 2026 for our Athletes, Coaches and Volunteers to access.

Who can apply?
Applicants must be a member of a club that is affiliated to Swim England London Region.
How Often Can I Apply?
Only two candidates from Swim England London Affiliated Clubs can receive a funding award in the financial year (1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026).
How do I Apply?
Your fully completed application form must be received and reviewed by the funding panel before any decision is made. Please do not commit yourself to any training and development for which this funding is essential to your attendance without first receiving our decision. No retrospective funding will be awarded.
The amount of funding awarded is determined on a case-by-case basis by the Regional Funding Panel.
The proposed training and development must be recognised by Swim England London and the applicant needs to meet all the course criteria.

The Funding Payment
All approved funding will be remunerated by direct credit to your nominated bank account only when you have sent a copy of the receipt / proof of acceptance on to a course/workshop to the region.
Important Information
The Athlete Funding Pillar does not include Club training fees, or the following expenses incurred for Open Meets, County, Regional, National or British Championships.

Produced by sports coach UK in partnership with the England Coaching Network, Governing Bodies of Sport and the Home Country Sports Councils it allows the user to quickly identify the right funding for them.
London Sport
London Sport have a Funding Page to help sports organisations and individuals living and operating in the capital to access what funding grants and bursaries there are available.
The tool is very user friendly, enables you to search by local authority area, specifies what each grant can and can’t be used for, you can save searches and also get notifications when new grants are added that suit your needs.
Club Matters
There is a wide range of resources and guidance available on generating funding via the Club Matters Website.
