Governance & Club Support Manager - Part Time Role

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure clubs meet Swim England governance and safeguarding standards.
• Provide expert advice on governance structures, constitutions, and volunteer management.
• Deliver workshops and resources to strengthen club sustainability.
• Act as the main point of contact for governance queries and build strong relationships with committees and volunteers.
• Contribute to strategic projects that embed transparency, inclusivity, and ethical governance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of governance principles and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience supporting clubs or volunteer-led organisations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and confident using digital tools.
• Knowledge of Swim England structures and safeguarding best practice (desirable).
