Open Water Development Day - Team Manager sought!

The Regional Open Water Development Day is taking place on Saturday 28th of May at Luxborough Lake Chigwell IG7 5AA/B.

In order for the event to take place the Region needs to appoint a Team Manager. The Team Manager must be a Swim England member, hold a valid DBS and have attended a Team Manager 1 course.  The incumbent will be paid a small fee.

Team Managers are an essential part of the team structure, irrespective of the discipline, as they support participation at events. Team Managers are responsible for ensuring that teams reach competitions safely and that athletes are cared for whilst at events.
