Volunteer Opportunity: Discipline Chair (Diving)

Are you passionate about diving and keen to shape its future across London?

Swim England London is seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to take on the voluntary role of Discipline Chair (Diving). This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, influence and support the continued growth and development of diving in the region.

About the Role

As Diving Chair, you will:

• Provide leadership and direction to the London diving community
• Chair the regional Diving Committee
• Work closely with regional staff and the London Board
• Help shape and deliver the regional diving development plan
• Support competitions, clubs and athlete pathways

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience or a strong understanding of diving
• Is a confident communicator and collaborative leader
• Is organised, proactive and committed to good governance
• Shares our values of inclusivity, respect and transparency

Commitment

• Approx. 4–6 hours per month
• Attendance at committee meetings and occasional events
