SE London Open Water Swimming Championships 2026

The Regional Open Water Swimming Championship event is taking place on Sunday 5^th July 2026 at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre, 235A Westferry Road, Docklands, London E14 3QS.

For Age Group swimmers the Regional Championships offer the opportunity to qualify for the Swim England Open Water National Age Group Championships 2026 later in July.

Key Information

• Please read the Conditions document carefully prior to entry.
• Ages as at December 31^st, 2026
• There are no qualification times for this event but competitors should be confident they can complete distances within the cut off times stated in the Conditions document (to follow).
• As well as Regional Championship events for Age Group and Masters swimmers, we will be hosting an open competition for swimmers who are not members of London Region based club and are not eligible to participate in the Championship events.
• Championship events will be run over 2km, 3km and 5km distances. Age Group swimmers seeking to qualify for the National Age Group Championships should ensure they enter the appropriate qualifying distance for their age. We will also be running a 1km event.
• Swimmers can enter more than one event.
• When entering you will be asked to provide an entry time for the race distance(s) you have selected. Please input “NT” standing for No Time.
• The closing date for entries and payment is June 22 2026.
