Key Information
- Age at Date is 31 December 2025.
- Entry times need to have been swum on or after 1 January 2021.
- Closing date for entries and payment is midnight on 22 April 2025.
- Meet will open for entries on 1 March 2025 (London Clubs only).
- Meet will open for entries for everyone on 14 March 2025.
Rankings is not responding as expected
The fix has been implemented by Swim England and the portal is now open for entries. Please remember to enter a time that is on rankings. Any rounding will be rejected.

Please download these before arriving. No programmes will be available at the venue.
Wristbands will be issued to spectators, athletes, coaches and volunteers (including officials) to allow access to designated areas of the venue. Please collect your wristband at the Sports Information Desk to the right of the entrance door on the ground floor. You will not be permitted to enter without one.
Coaches, volunteers and officials must have registered on the relevant form at the links below before the gala so that your name is available to the Sports Information team.
Access to Poolside
A poolside pass is required for access to the pool area unless you are an athlete entered into the meet. The links will open on 1 April 2025.
- Chaperone Pass – £5 for the day
- Coach Pass – £5 for the day
All Field of Play Volunteers (including VIPs and SE Staff) must apply for a poolside pass using the form below.
- Volunteer. SE Staff, VIP Guests, and Trainee L1 Technical Officials Pass Application
- L2 Teacher Pass – £5 for the day
- Technical Officials must wear their licence to gain access to poolside.
Your name will be given to the Sports Information Team once you have registered through one of the links above or the Swim Meets links below for volunteers and officials. Wristbands will be issued to you to allow access to your designated area of the venue.
Please collect your wristband at the Sports Information Desk to the right of the entrance door on the ground floor. You will not be permitted to enter without one.
Spectator Entry
Entry to spectate the meet will cost £5.00 per day (regardless of arrival/departure time) for all adults (16 years old and over). Entry to spectate the meet shall be free-of-charge for all children (15 years old and younger) when accompanied by an adult.
Tickets for both adults and children need to be pre-purchased before the start of the gala by using this following link:

No tickets will be available on the door under any circumstances.
There will be no printed programme available for this meet – we encourage all attendees to download and print the online programme at home prior to your arrival.
Relay Entries
We have added the relay entries to the portal this year. The entries for Relay Events opened on Tuesday 18 March 2025 at 9am. A guide to entering relays and swimmer names is now included in the Online Meet Entry Portal instructions in the meet documents below.
The team events are:
- 4x50m Medley Relay (mixed, female, male)
- 4x50m Freestyle Relay (mixed, female, male)
Start Lists and Results
Live start lists and results will be provided during the meet in the HyTek Meet Mobile app. The app can be downloaded from both Apple and Google app stores.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals before the closing date will need to be made by deleting your entry in the portal and reentering only those events that you want to swim.
Withdrawals during the meet weekend should be made by completing an official withdrawal form at the Announcers Desk on pool deck no later than 50 minutes before the advertised starting time of the first event in each heat session.
