Suzanne is responsible for the Region’s operational plan, strategic planning and implementation, club and volunteer development, and funding and sponsorship key stakeholder liaison.

James is there to support the growth, development and implementation of Swim England London’s clubs, affiliation processes, programmes and services and develop aquatics and talent pathways across all disciplines working in partnership with the Region’s Discipline Chairs.

Kelly is responsible for providing effective, efficient and high quality business management function to the Region’s Management Board and staff team, exercise administrative control over the financial operation of the organisation and ensure records across all areas of the business are accurate, and to support the growth, development and implementation of the Region’s programmes and services.
