Swim England London 2026 AGM Elections Update

The 2026 Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday 11^th April 2026.

Management Board Director Appointments

During the meeting elections took place for the Management Board Director posts.

The following were elected to the Management Board for 2026-2029:

John Handley – Beckenham SC
Rebecca Stewart  – Saxon Crown SC

President and Vice President Appointments

Congratulations to Michael Laniyan who was inaugurated as Swim England London President, during the meeting.

Michael succeeds Debbie Harris who was President from April 2025 to April 2026.

Michael’s term will be until the AGM in March/April 2027.

Marie Atkinson Brian was installed as Vice President for the Region and will take over from Michael when his term comes to an end.
