Swim England London Region Launch their “NEW” Welfare and Safeguarding Plan

Following the release of Swim England’s New Safeguarding, Welfare and Culture Plan, “Heart of Aquatics” the region carried out a review of its current Welfare & Safeguarding structures, policies and procedures to ensure that these are of the highest standards.  

We have developed a new Welfare and Safeguarding Plan

Welfare and Safeguarding is everyone’s concern and responsibility and applies consistently and without exemption across our membership, at all levels. 

Our Safeguarding Statement 

“Our organisation acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard, protect and promote the welfare of children and adults across all of our sports and activities. 

We are committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and Swim England’s policies and requirements”.
