Swim England London Regional Water Polo - Coaching Opportunity

We are seeking a head coach to lead the Boys/Open Inter regional squad in 2025/26. You will be working with a team of coaches predominantly within the London area, but regional travel may be required.

The Head Coach will plan and lead effective training sessions and prepare athletes for Inter Regional competition. Attending competition/games days to support with athletes’ performance.

We expect applicant to demonstrate:

• Experience of coaching at a competitive club level with a minimum Level 2 qualification, Swim England Safeguarding certificate and a DBS with barred list
• A successful track record of developing motivated water polo players to maximize their potential.
• A proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, whilst also remaining self-motivated.
• be identifying developing talent within the London Region
• Cultivate a positive team culture built on discipline, respect, and sportsmanship

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Swim England Water Polo pathway.
