Swimming Teacher Observations

The Swimming Teacher Observations package is a supportive programme to enable Learn to Swim providers to identify areas for improvement, celebrate successes, and aid the creation of training and development plans for their swimming teacher workforce.

Step one

A licensed Swim England Tutor will come out to observe the lessons that you have chosen to be observed. The days and the times will be pre-arranged.

Step two

After the observations have been completed, we will work with the Swim England Tutor to create a comprehensive report and development plan using the findings that have been taken out of the observations.

Step three

We will work with you to implement the development plan.
