Be safe - talk to someone who can help

You should feel safe and happy when enjoying the water.

But, if you don’t, grown ups need to know how you feel.

How are you feeling?

Are you feeling:

  • Sad
  • Angry
  • Unsure
  • Anxious
  • Worried
  • Upset
  • Uncomfortable
  • Lonely

If you are feeling any of these, please tell someone.

Talk to someone who can help

There are lots of people you can talk to: a parent or guardian, a trusted adult, your coach or teacher, or a welfare officer.

Speak to someone you trust.
