Swim England launches aquatic workforce satisfaction survey

Swim England has launched an aquatic workforce satisfaction survey to help provide the best level of support for people working and volunteering in our sport.

Swimming is the country’s most popular sport and has a huge workforce that is made up of swimming teachers, coaches, officials, tutors and volunteers. All of these people help to make our sports the success that it is.

As a valued member of this workforce, we are asking you to share your views with us by completing our short survey.

The answers you give in the Aquatic Workforce Satisfaction Survey will enable us to review the training courses delivered by the Institute of Swimming and other approved centres, allowing them to continue to build a high quality, diverse and motivated aquatics workforce to support our vision of a nation swimming.

The survey will close at midnight on Friday 6 April 2018.

It will only take around 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be treated in accordance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, so please be as honest as possible.

Kerry Watkiss, Head of Insight at Swim England, said: “By taking part in this survey, you will help the sector to tailor training and development opportunities to suit your needs.

“The responses will also help support employers within the industry with recruitment by providing relevant training opportunities, as well as helping to support clubs with their volunteer workforce.”
