New-look Careers in Aquatics website takes stress out of job search

Swim England News

Swim England has relaunched the Careers in Aquatics website, providing a more user-friendly experience than ever before.

Incorporating feedback from the Careers in Aquatics Users Satisfaction survey, the site now offers an improved experience for both recruiters and job seekers alike.

On the surface, the website may look familiar but, behind the scenes, the functionality is improved, helping employers to add jobs more easily and quickly.

The search function has also been refreshed and the application process for job hunters is smoother.

What have we changed?

For employers, the booking form has more tips on how to complete each section, to help get the most out of each advertisement.

We have also added to our employer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.

Key fields and filters have been updated to help employers better classify their vacancies, including a regional location and whether a role is self-employed, home-based or nationwide.

All jobs now have an easy apply button, all applications are now tracked, and all email-bound applications are made on site – making things easier for applicants.

Maxine Smith, Swim England’s Advertising Sales Manager said: “As always, we have kept our customers at the forefront of our minds, with the focus improving our service, the user experience and providing advertisers with excellent value for money.

“We’re confident that, with these changes, we’ve made the site easier to use and even more effective.

“These updates will enable us to expand our range of services and we are looking forward to announcing what those packages will be over the coming weeks.”

Along with new advertising packages, there will also be a new FAQ section to assist with common questions about training or working in aquatic sport.
