Leadership in coaching
1 September 2025What does it take to unite a squad/team/group around a shared purpose?
Leadership isn’t a title or a role – it’s the ability to influence, inspire and guide others towards a shared goal or purpose. At its core, leadership is about people: understanding them, motivating them and bringing out the best in them.
In coaching, effective leadership drives progress. It turns ideas into action, builds trust and creates environments where people can flourish. Without strong leadership, even the most dedicated teams, clubs and groups can struggle.
Good leaders empower others instead of controlling them and model the values they expect from their teams. This course will help you develop the mindset and skills needed to become that kind of leader.
