Who are you coaching?

How do we understand the unique needs and wants of the different people we coach?

‘Who are you coaching’ is a short online course designed to support coaches to develop a deeper understanding of their athletes’ unique personalities, learning capabilities, motivations and aspirations.

Effective coaching goes beyond delivering sessions to people and requires a genuine understanding of each individual. By building this understanding, coaches can tailor their approach to foster stronger relationships, increase engagement and enhance motivation. All of which support more effective and ethical coaching practice.
