The ASA is the governing body for the sport in England. In this section you will find all you need to know about joining a club or competing in England and becoming a swimming teacher or coach.

The IoS delivers the ASA’s courses and is a member organisation. Whether you are a teacher, coach, employer or club you will find everything you need to know about qualifications or educating your workforce.

Online workshops for ASA clubs and members 2014

ASA Membership Services runs a useful series of online workshops for affiliated clubs throughout the year.

The last of the ASA workshops of 2014 is coming up in September. The aim of the workshop is to assist club officers in their roles.

The 'Writing a Club Development Plan' workshop will be run by Sarah Darragh and Emily Taylor from our Club Development Team. During this 45 minute session we will cover the importance of developing a business plan, how to start your development plan and offer a working insight of a club development plan.
