As part of the review of swim21 and the wider ASA project looking at how systems interface, we have designed a brand new portal with you, the user in mind.
The portal allows you more administration control to add users, change passwords and to review documents in a quicker manner to support you through the accreditation process. In addition it will pull some information, such as affiliated members from the ASA Online Membership System (OMS) so you will not have to duplicate input into systems. We ask that you ensure that your membership details are up to date.
This does mean that there will be no paper submissions in the future. Our commitment to the green policy and travel by officers to collect files also forms part of the decision. There is support on hand should you require it as well as a user manual to guide you step by step through processes.
We take security very seriously and the site is accessible only by registered users for each club who have been added by your club administrator. There is the option to remove members who are no longer active in the club.
To assist your club with the transition we have copies of documents from the old site which will be uploaded to the new site for you. We will set a 2 year refresh on these so ask that you review the documents and remove those which are no longer relevant.
