One in three pools in the UK is under threat of closure. And as leading names in the world of swimming the ASA, and its principal partner British Gas, are often contacted by people seeking information and guidance on campaigning against closure.
In response the ASA and British Gas have created Poolwatch. A website that provides clear and understandable resources and contains all the tools and information you need to campaign to save your pool.
This exciting new website takes through a five step journey to create your campaign. This is: building your case, making your views known, planning and consultation, transferring assets and keeping your pool open during the campaign process.
