Swim England members urged to ensure contact details are correct

Swim England members are being encouraged to ensure their details are up to date so they don’t miss out on important communications.

The recognised national governing body will be contacting category two members from Monday 1 March about the latest Sharing Success swimming workshops.

Josh Hardy, Swim England head of campaign and eCRM, said: “The first Sharing Success series workshop proved to be extremely popular and we want to ensure people don’t miss out on these amazing opportunities because their details are not up to date.

“It’s a simple process to double check or change your contact details so we’d advise everyone to take a few minutes to make sure we have the right information.”

If members are unable to activate their Online Membership System (OMS) account because Swim England does not hold a current email address, please email renewals@swimming.org as soon as possible, including your name – or child’s name – address, date of birth, membership number and the email address they would like to use.

How to activate your Online Membership System account

Once this information is updated, members should be able to activate their OMS account where all the relevant details can be checked and filled in where necessary.

Members who already have an OMS account should log in and ensure Swim England has their correct, valid email address.

For under 13s, the email address must be for their parent/guardian. Those aged 13 years and older should complete the home email address field and tick the box assign as main email.

Please ensure the discipline field is also correctly filled in as sport specific emails will not be sent to those members who have not ticked the relevant box.

On rare occasions, Swim England messages may also fall into members’ junk email.

If you have any questions, please email renewals@swimming.org.
