The people available to support your club
21 April 2026We are committed to providing clear, accessible support for clubs across the country. From club level through to national frameworks, our approach is designed to make it easier to find the right guidance, raise questions and manage challenges with confidence that enables your club to thrive.
By strengthening our support structures and building on established regional relationships, we aim to ensure clubs are well connected and supported at every stage. This approach provides consistent, joined up support that is straightforward to navigate and focused on helping clubs thrive.
A clearer structure with more support
Alongside our existing regional teams, we have a national structure designed to provide additional local support for clubs in a range of areas.
Support is now organised across four regional zones:
North Zone – North East Region and East Midlands Region.
East Zone – East Region and London Region.
South Zone – South East Region and South West Region.
West Zone – North West Region and West Midlands Region.
Each zone has a dedicated team of people working collaboratively to help clubs operate safely and effectively.
Specialist support around clubs
In addition to clubs team members based within your Region, support will also be offered by regionally deployed national colleagues with specialist focus areas, as follows:
- Safe Aquatics – your first point of contact for any safeguarding advice and guidance.
- Club and Community Development – working with clubs and community groups.
- Aquatics Competency – working with providers of swimming lessons.
- Business Engagement – working with pool owners and operators.
This means clubs can access a wider range of expertise without needing to navigate multiple systems or contacts.
Safeguarding: what stays the same
While our structure has been strengthened, safeguarding processes remain the same. Please continue to report all safeguarding concerns using the central [email protected] email address or the online safeguarding form. This ensures concerns are recorded, managed and responded to consistently and appropriately.
Your club will continue to receive local support, with additional specialist input when needed.
