swim21 accreditation aims to help clubs develop. The audit part of the process is a self-assessment tool to help organisations review what is currently happening/not happening within their club.
It covers questions such as 'are all people who work with young children CRB checked?', or 'have all teachers signed up to the ASA Code of Conduct?'.
