
Swim England National Awards 2019 roll of honour
30 November 2019The winners of the Swim England National Awards 2019 have been revealed.
A total of 34 awards were presented during the ceremony at Birmingham University’s Great Hall.
The Awards recognised the vast contribution made by individuals and organisations from all aquatic sports.
Jane Nickerson, Swim England’s CEO, said: “This year we introduced a stronger regional connection, with every finalist selected by their respective region.
“Quite simply, you are an inspiration to us all. It gets harder each year to pick one winner as everyone is so deserving of an award.
“One thing we can do, though, is be eternally grateful for the dedication everyone shows.”
Here are all the winners, as well as those who received a silver or bronze award.

Swim England Long Service to Aquatics Award

- Silver: Alex McLauchlan
- Bronze: John Bellis
Swim England Technical Official of the Year Award
- Gold: Maureen Davies
- Silver: Tony Ward

Swim England Personal Achievement Award
